Cambridge Energy Partners (CEP), a solar energy company, provides patented designed panels, efficient solutions, and implementation through trusted partners to remote mines. Maximising sustainability goals and delivering low cost with short-term power contracts to its customers, I was able to provide work for them over the past two years. Tasks ranged: global market research, process and statistical analysis, and installation of a 150kWh solar unit project in combination with on-/off-site monitoring & technical support.

Auscript developed the in-house specialised product solutions business (unit) to provide internal and external solutions for court stakeholders. Originally commencing my role within Auscript, there was an opportunity for a technician to branch into the in-house business; I was this selected technician. - Court Record Solutions (CRS) was a Software Development company that supplied solutions to the digital court transcription market in Australia and the United States. CRS was the sister company and technology partner to Auscript, supplying products and support to Auscript and their clients. In my roles as customer support and documentation officer, I provided support for numerous products and services both internal and external to the company.
