This Business Process Management project is aimed to identify core processes for a (fictional) company, HomeCare4U, that assists chronically sick patients at home in parts of regional Queensland.
Analysis includes:
- As-Is and To-Be Modelling,
- Waste Analysis table (identified process and the type of hindrance it has on the overall process),
- Issue register (with relevant quantitative and qualitative assessments), and
- Proposed improvements: Cause-Effect diagram, Time Cycle from Value-added Analysis (As-Is and To-Be).
